Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the client’s web platform using Python and Svelte to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and roll out new features.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, aiding in their professional growth and integration into the team.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high quality and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, continuously enhancing performance by addressing system inefficiencies.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation practices.
• Supervise the upkeep and advancement of the CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Skilled in Python and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with managing large datasets, AI applications, and data visualization techniques.
• Understanding of diverse design and architectural methodologies.
• Experience with database systems, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Knowledgeable in search technologies and user experience-focused development.
• Competent with version control systems such as Git.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with FastAPI, working in a startup environment, familiarity with AWS, and a keen interest in machine learning.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Svelte is highly desirable.
• Strong command of English for effective communication.
