Your responsibilities

• Develop the intelligence layer: Create and extend Python-driven microservices that enable our AI agents — spanning retrieval systems, vector databases, and machine learning models. You’ll directly influence how capable and intuitive the product feels.

• Scale machine learning: Transform research prototypes (from HuggingFace, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.) into reliable production pipelines. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle: system design, Dockerization, CI/CD, and observability.

• Modernize infrastructure: Drive the migration from bare-metal setups to a robust cloud-native, containerized platform (K8s, Docker). This isn’t just upkeep — it’s designing the backbone for long-term growth.

• Engineer for growth: Apply automation to go-to-market efforts, from content generation and campaign scripting to creative growth hacks. Your work will show how engineering can accelerate adoption.

What we look for

• 2–5 years coding in Python within production-grade environments.

• Proficiency in REST/gRPC services, asynchronous programming, containerization, and CI/CD practices.

• Hands-on with ML tooling (scikit-learn, transformers, LangChain, etc.).

• Exposure to vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.

• Experience with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

• Interest in how engineering supports growth and market expansion.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel backends.

• Prior experience with large language model orchestration or agent frameworks.

• Cloud expertise on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• A knack for technical writing with a track record in blogs, documentation, or tutorials.
