Your responsibilities

Develop the intelligence layer: Create and extend Python-driven microservices that enable our AI agents — spanning retrieval systems, vector databases, and machine learning models. You’ll directly influence how capable and intuitive the product feels.

Scale machine learning: Transform research prototypes (from HuggingFace, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.) into reliable production pipelines. You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle: system design, Dockerization, CI/CD, and observability.

Modernize infrastructure: Drive the migration from bare-metal setups to a robust cloud-native, containerized platform (K8s, Docker). This isn’t just upkeep — it’s designing the backbone for long-term growth.

Engineer for growth: Apply automation to go-to-market efforts, from content generation and campaign scripting to creative growth hacks. Your work will show how engineering can accelerate adoption.
What we look for

2–5 years coding in Python within production-grade environments.

Proficiency in REST/gRPC services, asynchronous programming, containerization, and CI/CD practices.

Hands-on with ML tooling (scikit-learn, transformers, LangChain, etc.).

Exposure to vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.

Experience with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

Interest in how engineering supports growth and market expansion.
Nice-to-haves

Familiarity with PHP/Laravel backends.

Prior experience with large language model orchestration or agent frameworks.

Cloud expertise on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

A knack for technical writing with a track record in blogs, documentation, or tutorials.
