Key Responsibilities:
● Support legacy software written in Visual Basic 6
● Develop new software versions in Visual Basic .NET
● Perform database management using Microsoft SQL Server
● Handle customer technical support queries
● Debug and resolve software issues
● Collaborate with lead developer on new software architecture
● Provide technical triage for customer support tickets
● Connect with customers using Freshdesk and TeamViewer
Technical Requirements:
● Proficiency in Visual Basic (6 and .NET)
● Strong ASP.NET web technologies knowledge
● Microsoft SQL Server database management skills
● Experience with legacy code maintenance
● Web development and UI/UX understanding
● Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
● 1-3 years software development experience
● Understanding of software support processes
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively
● Strong communication skills in English
