Position Overview
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer who will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver applications using Microsoft Power Apps. This role also involves ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and providing user training to ensure maximum efficiency of the developed tools.

Key Duties

• Build, customize, and maintain applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) based on business needs.

• Connect applications with various data sources and Microsoft services such as SQL, SharePoint, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.

• Develop and maintain logical and efficient database structures.

• Partner with the Product Owner and project team to gather requirements, create specifications, and translate them into user stories.

• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation following industry best practices.

• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting assistance, and training when required.

• Stay informed about new features, trends, and best practices in the Power Apps ecosystem.

• Contribute to code reviews and follow coding standards and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with Power Apps and the Power Platform.

• Solid knowledge of Power Apps architecture, data modeling, security, and integration.

• Skilled with Common Data Service (Dataverse), data connectors, and Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate and SharePoint.

• Experience working with relational databases.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL Database).

• Exposure to agile frameworks (Scrum preferred) is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

• Strong command of SQL Database.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
