Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy modern architectural patterns and techniques (e.g., microservices, DDD, TDD) using frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Collaborate on the Platform Design Committee to contribute to solution architecture and deliverables.
• Build a developer experience that empowers teams to work independently and adapt quickly.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions, utilizing container technologies such as AKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Maintain high engineering standards, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure architectural principles are adhered to and implemented effectively.
• Write well-structured, maintainable, and clean code with clear documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Use rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate time-to-market for our customers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in architecting, developing, and deploying modern cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on experience with frontend stacks such as Angular and Node.js.
• Experience working within the Azure ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficient in microservices-based architectures and design patterns.
• Background in insurance consulting or architecture within software and/or services organizations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues and find practical solutions.
• Independent project management capabilities and attention to detail.
