Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Design and implement intelligent AI agents, utilizing LLMs and advanced agentic frameworks, to continuously automate and optimize internal processes across various departments including project management, engineering, and user success.

• Test Automation & Strategy: Develop efficient test plans, test cases, and test scripts for diverse products and features. Collaborate with product owners and developers to strategize and implement robust testing and automation approaches.

• Quality Assurance & Analysis: Execute automated tests diligently to identify defects and uphold the highest quality standards for our products. Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and pinpoint areas for continuous improvement.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills to identify defects, reproduce issues, and drive resolutions effectively.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar development/automation-focused role.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs), testing methodologies, and engineering best practices.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C++.

• Proven experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium).

• Hands-on experience with building agents using LLMs (Large Language Models) and agentic frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify defects and reproduce issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
