Responsibilities:
- Lead/Principal: Design, develop, and deploy modern architectural patterns and techniques (microservices, DDD, TDD) using frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Lead/Principal: Contribute to the Platform Design Committee (DCMP Design Committee) and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture and deliverables.
- Lead/Principal: Create a developer experience that enables teams to work independently and with high agility.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions leveraging container technologies (AKS, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Maintain high engineering standards with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure architectural principles are met and implemented, acting as a change agent.
- Write structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Utilize rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate time-to-market for our customers.
- Scout trends around new technologies.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Senior/Lead/Principal (7+ years) experience in architecting, developing, and deploying modern cloud-native solutions.
- Frontend stacks: Angular, Nodejs
- Principle: Experience designing solutions for managing highly complex business rules within the Azure ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.
- Extensive experience with microservices-based architectures.
- Prior experience in insurance consulting/architecture within a software and/or services company.
- Ability to decompose complex issues, find solutions, and summarize them effectively.
- Capable of managing and working autonomously on projects.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
