Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.
Talent Development:
- Design and execute training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
- Identify high-potential employees and create tailored career development plans.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes employee growth and engagement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Address employee grievances and complaints promptly and fairly.
- Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and mutual respect within the organization.
Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and amend company policies as needed.
- Conduct regular HR audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
HR Administration:
- Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
- Manage HR budgets and monitor expenses.
- Prepare HR reports and key metrics for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in English is required
