Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices.

Talent Development:

  • Design and execute training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
  • Identify high-potential employees and create tailored career development plans.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes employee growth and engagement.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters.
  • Address employee grievances and complaints promptly and fairly.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and mutual respect within the organization.

Compliance:

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and amend company policies as needed.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee the maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage HR budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Prepare HR reports and key metrics for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Fluency in English is required
