What You'll Do

• Analyze, evaluate, and support the development and maintenance of business information systems and SaaS platforms.

• Conduct feasibility analysis for proposed information system integrations and IT solutions, and assist in preparing business and technical proposals.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system needs, translate them into technical specifications, and recommend solutions.

• Integrate and maintain third-party SaaS tools with internal systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, support platforms).

• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and integration failures.

• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and user manuals for internal systems and integrations.

• Monitor data quality and perform audits to ensure systems reflect accurate and consistent information.

• Assist in compliance efforts, including data security, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.

• Participate in projects to implement new technologies or optimize existing ones across departments.

   

Requirements:

• Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong ability to understand technical documentation.
• Strong ability to grasp software architecture and integration requirements.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps concepts.
• Experience with writing code/scripts is a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well with different teams and manage multiple tasks.
