Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships while identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.

  • Develop and implement scalable models for formalizing partnerships.

  • Work closely with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to align partnership strategies with business goals.

  • Own partnership performance reporting and continuously refine joint selling and marketing strategies.

  • Establish clear objectives for each partnership and communicate updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, refining forecasts and optimizing outcomes.

  • Engage and enable partners through marketing and product assets, training sessions, and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling assets that drive partner engagement and demand.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners that deliver value to all stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building partnerships and fostering strong customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or similar products is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a solid technical understanding.

  • A track record of successfully motivating partners and developing strategic relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through innovative partnership strategies.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in designing and executing innovative business growth strategies.
