Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships while identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.

Own partnership performance reporting and continuously refine joint selling and marketing strategies.

Establish clear objectives for each partnership and communicate updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews, refining forecasts and optimizing outcomes.

Engage and enable partners through marketing and product assets, training sessions, and ongoing support.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling assets that drive partner engagement and demand.

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners that deliver value to all stakeholders.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute growth strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in building partnerships and fostering strong customer relationships.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or similar products is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a solid technical understanding.

A track record of successfully motivating partners and developing strategic relationships.
