Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including functional specifications and system behaviors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and solutions.

• Validate features to ensure alignment with functional specifications and system-level UX consistency.

• Take ownership of smaller features or lead specific tasks.

• Assist in analyzing user flows, identifying issues, and developing more efficient, scalable solutions.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience is not required.

• You are expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills for clear, concise collaboration.

• Have a customer-focused mindset to ensure products meet market needs.
