We are seeking a Bilingual QA Manager with strong expertise in testing techniques, particularly in FT/SIT/E2E, to oversee the automation of the project. The role involves understanding detailed project requirements, designing test cases, preparing test data, and executing tests to ensure minimal defects within the scope of client and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of E2E system testing and will develop comprehensive test scenarios. They will also be responsible for raising and tracking defects through a defect management system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in managing the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), with hands-on experience in Functional, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage deliverables for the End-to-End testing phase, including requirement analysis, planning/estimations, test design, execution, closure, and reporting.
• Ensure thorough application testing for development, maintenance, and support, with a focus on metrics, quality reviews, process implementation and improvement, knowledge management, and risk management.
• Maintain expert knowledge of software design techniques, automation tools, and development processes, driving their adoption across the organization.
• Provide effective communication and manage stakeholders efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep expertise in various software testing methodologies and tools, with a focus on automated testing.
• Solid understanding of the insurance sector.
• Proficient in both English and Japanese at a business level.
• Nearly 10 years of experience in similar roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in testing for Life Science or Medical Devices is a plus.
