Key Responsibilities:

Complete DevOps Lifecycle Management:

• Oversee the entire DevOps lifecycle from inception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and manage sophisticated automation frameworks to enhance deployment, monitoring, and incident response.

Scalability and Reliability Engineering:

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions that are both scalable and reliable, capable of supporting millions of users.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align DevOps practices with business objectives.

Security and Compliance:

• Establish and uphold security best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Performance Enhancement:

• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and implementing efficiency improvements.

Innovation and Technology Experimentation:

• Lead efforts to explore and integrate new tools and technologies to refine deployment processes and system performance.

Global Infrastructure Oversight:

• Manage and enhance global infrastructure, ensuring consistent performance and availability across different regions.

Leadership and Mentoring:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Over 8 years of experience in DevOps with a proven history of executing impactful projects.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline implementation across various scenarios, including mobile development.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with AWS, Linux, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Proficiency with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
• Strong skills in Application Performance Management (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and alerting.
• Advanced scripting and automation abilities using Bash and Python.
• Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on scalable and reliable solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of security best practices and compliance within a DevOps framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML for DevOps (AIOps), serverless computing, and edge computing.
