We are looking for a Senior Engineer to enhance development processes, build self-service tools, and collaborate with developers to maximize engineering efficiency. You will play a key role in technology selection, architecture design, and infrastructure development, ensuring smooth operations for a globally deployed system.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 7+ years of experience in web application development.
✅ Expertise in technology selection, architecture design, and infrastructure setup.
✅ Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated quality improvements.
✅ Proficiency in statically typed programming languages (TypeScript, Rust, Java/Kotlin, Go, etc.).
✅ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
✅ Fluent English communication skills (CEFR B1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
➕ Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.
➕ Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
➕ Hands-on experience in platform engineering within large teams (50+ engineers).
➕ Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
➕ Conversational Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher) is a plus.
