We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to spearhead the growth and evolution of our digital health offerings. In this position, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, design, content, and marketing to create compelling user experiences, explore revenue-generating strategies, and drive value across our platforms for users and key stakeholders
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core digital health products.

Take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from initial research and ideation through to launch, iteration, and optimization.

Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, content, and marketing) to design and enhance features that drive user engagement and long-term retention.

Leverage user research, data analytics, and market insights to inform product direction and fuel innovation.

Align priorities with internal stakeholders by balancing user needs with business outcomes.

Establish and monitor key product metrics to measure success and guide ongoing improvements.

Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading edge in the market.

Help foster a strong product culture by mentoring junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, and encouraging collaboration.
Requirements

A background in engineering or technology is essential.

3–7 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer tech, digital media, or health tech.

Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-informed product decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable conducting discussions and writing documentation in English.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with modern product development practices.

Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results.
