We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to spearhead the growth and evolution of our digital health offerings. In this position, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, design, content, and marketing to create compelling user experiences, explore revenue-generating strategies, and drive value across our platforms for users and key stakeholders


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core digital health products.

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from initial research and ideation through to launch, iteration, and optimization.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, content, and marketing) to design and enhance features that drive user engagement and long-term retention.

  • Leverage user research, data analytics, and market insights to inform product direction and fuel innovation.

  • Align priorities with internal stakeholders by balancing user needs with business outcomes.

  • Establish and monitor key product metrics to measure success and guide ongoing improvements.

  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading edge in the market.

  • Help foster a strong product culture by mentoring junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing, and encouraging collaboration.


Requirements

  • A background in engineering or technology is essential.

  • 3–7 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer tech, digital media, or health tech.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-informed product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable conducting discussions and writing documentation in English.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Experience working in agile teams and familiarity with modern product development practices.

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results.

  • Passionate about building impactful digital products that redefine the healthcare experience.


Bonus Points

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.

  • Knowledge of AI technologies, including chatbots and personalization features.

  • Exposure to community-based or socially-driven digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets.

  • Background in growth, engagement, or monetization-focused product strategies.
