The Role

This isn‘t a traditional manual or scripted QA role. You will own the design and development of scalable automation frameworks, build dev-enabling tools, and harness AI to supercharge our delivery pipeline. Working alongside architects, product managers, and developers, you will take full ownership of quality across your domain.

What You’ll Do

• Build High-Leverage Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and infrastructure that elevate testing speed and coverage across the entire organization.

• Integrate & Streamline: Embed automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines, build clear reporting systems, and actively eliminate flaky tests.

• Leverage AI: Apply AI-augmented workflows (AI test generation, automated maintenance, and smart triage) to move at maximum speed.

• Drive Ownership & Resolution: Identify edge cases, report bugs clearly, and partner directly with developers to resolve issues before they hit production.

• Proactively Improve: Identify quality gaps autonomously and introduce modern testing methodologies without waiting for direction.

What We’re Looking For

• Core Tech: Deep proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript, backed by solid software engineering fundamentals.

• AI Competency (Non-Negotiable): Active use of AI tools in your daily workflow for test generation, debugging, and framework maintenance.

• Framework Ownership: Proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining automated test frameworks from scratch.

• High Autonomy: Strong ownership mindset—you notice broken processes, take initiative, and solve them independently.

• Communication & Education: Fluent in English with a BS in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline and DevOps integration experience.

• Prior experience implementing AI tools that measurably increased shipping speed or test reliability.

• Background in MarTech or high-scale cloud platforms.
