We are looking for a hands-on Senior SRE to build the automated foundation of our growing platform. You will bridge the gap between aesthetic product requirements and mechanical infrastructure stability, ensuring our developers can deploy with confidence multiple times a day.

Core Execution Tasks:

• Automate Everything: Transition 100% of infrastructure to version-controlled IaC using Terraform or Ansible to eliminate manual configuration.
• Optimize Data & Traffic: Tune relational database performance (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize event-streaming clusters like Kafka or Amazon SQS.
• Scale for Markets: Implement multi-region deployment strategies that account for data residency requirements as we scale from 1 to 5+ markets in Southeast Asia
• Deep Diagnostics: Utilize profiling and diagnostic utilities (Chrome DevTools, perf) and APM platforms (New Relic, Dynatrace) to troubleshoot complex distributed system issues.
• Security Integration: Implement "Security-First" infrastructure, including IAM policies, VPC design, and secrets management.

Qualifications:

• Background: 4+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with an additional 4 years specifically focused on high-volume performance testing.

• Infrastructure Stack: Expert in Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (or ECS).

• Networking Foundations: Strong grasp of TCP/IP, HTTP/2, caching models, CDN behavior, and service mesh patterns.

• Communication: Strong English skills to collaborate with stakeholders in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Japan.

• Bonus Skills: Experience in e-commerce or B2B startups and familiarity with MLOps or AI workflows.
