Key Responsibilities

Oversee client integration efforts, providing technical assistance and resolving complex integration problems.
Maintain active communication with clients‘ developers and project managers to ensure a seamless integration process.
Work closely with the Gateway team and Trading Engineering group to identify, prioritize, and fix API-related and trading issues.
Collaborate with the Product Engineering group to develop, test, and refine our SDK and other client-facing systems.
Perform internal integration testing and ensure that documentation is accurate and thorough.
Play a role in shaping the Gateway roadmap within the Trading Engineering group.
Help develop and maintain an effective bug tracking and reporting system.
Continuously enhance the integration process to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
Improve developer documentation with detailed steps, code samples, and comprehensive guides.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years in API gateway development, integration engineering, or support engineering in an API-first company or a similar field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Golang, Python, and Node.js. Strong understanding of API architecture and testing tools.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

SDK Development: Experience in developing and maintaining software development kits (SDKs).
Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and tools, with the ability to manage integration projects and timelines.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Security Focus: Strong understanding of mission-critical systems, defensive programming, and proactive vulnerability management.
Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including code samples and integration guides.

Web3 Experience: Experience with blockchain signature generation and verification.
Financial Technology: Background in financial technology or experience with trading systems and exchanges.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in DevOps, ITIL, systems integration, support engineering, blockchain technology, or project management.
