We're looking for a Full-stack Tech Lead to collaborate with our Tech Solution Architect Lead or directly with client-side CTOs. This role is a combination of hands-on coding and guiding teams to maintain high engineering standards. What You'll Do

• Hands-on Coding & Team Growth: Support the CTO in platform development and team growth.
• Project Ownership: Own project planning and delivery, while also contributing to technical architectural decisions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, review code, and whiteboard complex solutions to technical challenges.
• Architecture & Design: Design and implement complex data models and system architectures.
• Mentorship: Advocate for proper development practices and mentor team members.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the product team on feature planning and definition.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership or architecture-related role.
• Full-stack Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React (frontend), and Node.js (backend).
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with cloud architecture, deployment, and scalability using platforms like GCP or AWS, as well as technologies like Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to foresee technical challenges and make strategic architectural decisions.
• Data Modeling: Experience designing and working with complex data structures and architectures.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to explain solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and engage with clients to understand business needs.
• Mindset: A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to work hard, take ownership, and ensure quality delivery.
