We‘re partnering with a fast-growing technology company that develops software solutions for global clients across AI, web, and digital products. As the company continues to expand its AI capabilities, they are looking for an experienced AI Leader to drive the successful delivery of AI-powered initiatives.
In this role, you‘ll collaborate with AI engineers, data specialists, software developers, and business stakeholders to transform ideas into scalable AI solutions. You‘ll oversee projects from planning through deployment while ensuring quality, timelines, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, architecture, and delivery of AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and agentic AI use cases.
- Translate business requirements into technical strategies, project roadmaps, resource plans, and measurable KPIs.
- Guide and mentor AI engineers, promoting engineering excellence and AI best practices.
- Drive end-to-end AI development, including data preparation, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure AI systems meet standards for security, governance, data privacy, scalability, and cost efficiency across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and achieve business objectives.
- Communicate technical solutions, project progress, and business impact to clients and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning or AI solutions using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- At least 2 years of experience leading AI/ML engineering teams or technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MLOps, and production AI systems.
- Proven success delivering AI projects within an IT outsourcing, system integration, consulting, or client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing AI governance, security, or compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
- Familiarity with AI cost optimization and infrastructure governance.
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems, agent frameworks, or large-scale agentic AI applications.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or modern cloud-native architectures.
