Overview:
The Associate Director in this role will lead consulting practices within their vertical area, overseeing client engagements. They will ensure maximum value for clients in both practice development and billable engagements, handling responsibilities such as:

1. Communicating with senior client management
2. Coordinating with global and local teams
3. Overseeing content creation and quality
4. Leading and managing team members effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage practice development and deliver client engagements with assured quality.

• Maintain and manage existing artifacts within local and client environments.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading consulting practices, including some exposure to P&L responsibility.
• Over 10 years of experience in business or technology consulting, preferably from top-tier consulting firms (e.g., MBB, Big 4, Accenture, Capgemini).
• Extensive experience in practice development and working in multicultural, multilingual settings.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage client and team relationships.
• University degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or retail and wholesale sectors is a plus.
• Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
