Responsibilities

• Participate in architectural discussions and technology selection together with the team

• Develop and maintain backend services using suitable frameworks and tools

• Write automated tests and follow TDD practices

• Optimize and improve database interactions

• Design and integrate system components using RabbitMQ

• Implement and maintain full-text search functionality

• Configure and troubleshoot Linux-based virtual servers

• Participate in GitLab code reviews

• Design and maintain API documentation

• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to design effective solutions

Technology Stack

• Core language: PHP (Golang knowledge is a strong plus)

• Frameworks: Symfony, Slim, or similar

• Database: PostgreSQL

• Messaging: RabbitMQ

• Search: Elasticsearch

• Infrastructure: Linux, SaltStack, Vagrant

• API standards: OpenAPI

• Version control & collaboration: GitLab

• Understanding frontend workflows and tooling is a plus

• Experience using AI tools is considered an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with PHP

• Experience working with Linux environments (3+ years)

• Golang experience is a plus

• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-assisted development is an advantage

• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication with international colleagues and project managers (meetings and written communication)
