Your Strategic Responsibilities:
- Solution Sales Leadership: Build, expand, and manage key relationships with large accounts and government sectors, focusing on high-performing partnerships within smart building, physical security, workspace automation, and smart data center markets.
- Partnership Enablement: Strengthen ties with industry giants (turnstile, lift, CCTV suppliers, BMS integrators, etc.) and empower them through product knowledge, sales enablement, and integration strategies.
- Growth Execution: Co-develop go-to-market strategies and joint business plans with partners to drive significant revenue and market penetration, especially in government and public sectors.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback to refine sales strategies and inform product development.
- Brand Champion: Represent our client at top industry events and partner summits, championing our solutions.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years in solution sales/account management within smart workspace, physical security, digital transformation, or smart data center industries.
- A robust network within the physical security, smart building, and data center ecosystems.
- Proven experience with government agencies, tenders, and public sector projects.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or IT (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and willingness to travel regionally.
