Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented sales professional to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our client base and nurturing existing relationships, primarily in the software quality assurance and development services sector. You'll be the key point of contact from initial inquiry through to client onboarding, working cross-functionally with technical and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, approach, and convert leads—primarily through online channels—while also maintaining strong relationships with current clients.

Prepare customized proposals and cost estimates for services including manual and automated testing, AI-powered QA solutions, and software engineering projects.

Work collaboratively with internal teams including account managers, technical leads, and delivery coordinators to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing project success.

Communicate clearly with clients regarding project timelines, team capacity, and technical deliverables based on each project’s scope.

Maintain a willingness to continuously learn about industry tools, technologies, and methodologies relevant to software development and testing.

Adapt to international schedules, which may occasionally involve early or late meetings depending on client time zones (compensated accordingly).
Required Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or service-based environment

Strong command of business English with confidence in negotiating with native speakers

Comfortable communicating in spoken Japanese at a conversational level
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

Prior experience with international clients or global sales initiatives

Familiarity with software outsourcing or IT service sales

Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher

English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 900+
