Responsibilities:

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to the Law on Accounting, local regulations, and applicable laws.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, internal reports, and budgets on time.
• Tax Compliance: Manage tax obligations, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with tax laws.
• Audit Leadership: Lead internal and external audits, providing full support throughout the process.
• Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
• Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact with tax authorities, auditors, and financial advisors.
• Strategic Support: Provide actionable financial insights to guide management decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong command of English.
• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations; US tax knowledge is a plus.
• 6+ years of accounting experience.
• Progress toward Chief Accountant Certification.
• Ethical and knowledgeable in modern accounting practices.
