Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a passion for innovation, specializing in IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience working in areas like Edge Computing, Connectivity, IT-OT integration, and Sensorization, enabling smart manufacturing and ESG initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on smart manufacturing technologies such as IoT, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation strategies.
• Assess current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for technological improvements.
• Create a roadmap for the implementation of smart manufacturing technologies, including automation, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and AI-driven analytics.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Develop and customize smart manufacturing solutions, integrating IoT, AI, cloud-based solutions, robotics, and automation technologies.
• Offer technical guidance on sensors, controls engineering, automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies, including MES and business systems.
• Ensure seamless hardware and software integration for optimized production control and supply chain management.
• Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience helping clients implement and optimize smart manufacturing solutions, driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and fostering innovation.
• Strong expertise in IoT, Industry 4.0, AR/VR, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven project management experience and ability to work in collaborative team environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications in Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing are a plus.
