We build scalable digital platforms and operational systems for clients around the globe. We move fast, value engineering excellence, and prioritize operational clarity.

We are building our modern finance function from the ground up, and we need a Controller to own the accuracy and integrity of our financial engine. In this founding role, you will establish the systems, processes, and controls that allow us to scale safely and swiftly.

You won't just oversee the numbers—you’ll design the frameworks behind them. From month-end closes and treasury management to guiding our outsourcing strategy, you are the partner leadership relies on for data they can trust.

What You’ll Do

• Close & Statement Ownership: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes on a predictable schedule. Prepare and review key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), accruals, and revenue recognition.

• Reporting & Insights: Deliver monthly management reporting and clear variance analysis to leadership and the Board.

• Controls & Risk: Design, implement, and maintain internal controls (approval matrices, payment controls, segregation of duties) and build scalable accounting policies.

• Audit & Compliance: Act as the primary lead for external statutory audits, ensuring zero material findings or tax penalties.

• Outsourced Partner Management: Direct outsourced accounting teams—setting deliverables, reviewing output, and determining when to bring functions in-house.

• Early-Stage Treasury: Keep cash visible and flowing. Oversee cash forecasts, payment runs, bank relationships, and FX considerations.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 6+ years in accounting, including 2+ years in a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role. Big 4 background is a bonus.

• Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with multi-entity/multi-currency close processes and cloud ERPs (NetSuite, Xero, QBO, etc.). Tech, SaaS, or gaming industry experience is a plus.

• Hands-On Executor: Proven track record of managing outsourced vendors, handling early-stage treasury/FX, and setting up internal controls from scratch.

• Communication: Fluent written and spoken English.
