The Role
This position goes far beyond routine engineering. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the founding team to design, develop, and deliver innovative AI products. You’ll take full ownership of your work, grow quickly, and contribute to shaping a groundbreaking company from its early days.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and scale end-to-end web applications using Python (Flask) and JavaScript (React)

• Set up and manage secure, scalable cloud systems using AWS, Vercel, and Docker

• Quickly iterate on AI features and workflows, from prototype to production

• Make key decisions on system architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

• Tackle tough technical challenges in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

• Collaborate with a global team in English or Chinese

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in Python (Flask) and modern JS frameworks like React/Next.js

• Comfortable working with AI APIs, LLMs, vector stores, and embedding techniques

• Strong grasp of scalable cloud infrastructure and security practices

• Action-oriented, highly accountable, and effective in startup-like environments

• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience launching AI/ML features in production

• Past experience at an early-stage startup or on a founding team

• Noteworthy open-source work or impressive side projects
