• Industry Terminology and Procedures: Utilize appropriate industry-specific terminology and comprehend standard procedures and practices. The topics discussed may range from simple to complex, non-technical to technical, in fields such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
