What You'll Drive

• Define Product North Star: Establish and continuously evolve the product strategy and roadmap, effectively balancing speed, simplicity, and the principles of openness with market opportunity.

• End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, driving intuitive UX across all platforms (desktop, browser, mobile) and owning the full user journey from acquisition through long-term retention.

• Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between the Applications and Models teams, ensuring product requirements are harmonized with technical capabilities, local runtimes, and frontier AI research progress.

• Excellence and Trust: Set uncompromising standards for performance, stability, and polish, ensuring the platform maintains its reputation for quality and user trust.

• Growth Engine: Partner closely with Growth and Content teams to define metrics and execution plans that drive global adoption, retention, and sustained engagement.

Who You Are

• Technically Proficient: Possesses a background in software engineering or deep technical fluency. You are comfortable with API design, modern AI stacks, and complex system dependencies.

• Visionary & Iterative: You excel at setting a long-term product vision while maintaining a highly hands-on, experimental, and measurement-driven approach to execution.

• Global Leader: Exceptional cross-cultural and time-zone collaboration skills to represent the product vision to an international community and team.

• Data & AI Fluent: Confident in leveraging advanced analytics, automation tools (e.g., n8n, custom scripts), and AI to both improve the product and streamline product management processes.
