We're looking for a Product Quality Engineer to act as the ultimate guardian of our Open Intelligence platform. You will be the technical backbone, establishing and maintaining the automated systems that ensure the solution delivers unwavering stability, security, and a seamless user experience across every release.

What You'll Engineer

Establish the Quality Gateway: Architect, build, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites (using tools like Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium) for our core platforms: web clients, API platform, and desktop/mobile applications.

Own the CI/CD Pipeline: Fully manage the build and deployment processes, ensuring continuous integration and delivery across all major OS environments: Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Validate LLM Robustness: Design specialized testing protocols to validate the performance, compatibility, and resource management of different LLM models across diverse hardware configurations, including GPU acceleration.

Manage Compatibility Matrix: Rigorously test compatibility between various web client versions and server node versions, focusing on complex upgrade paths and backwards compatibility.

Release Ownership: Lead entire release cycles, manage the triage process for GitHub Issues, and provide critical sign-off before code ships to production.

Technical Documentation: Create high-quality, actionable documentation for internal teams and the public, helping users and developers diagnose issues.
Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a deep technical role (SDET, DevOps, or Software Engineering) with a focus on product quality.

Expertise in advanced test automation frameworks (Puppeteer/Playwright preferred) and modeling complex test scenarios.

Proven ownership of CI/CD systems and cross-platform (Windows, Mac, Linux) build environments.

Strong understanding of LLM behavior, common failure modes, and testing methodologies for conversational/agentic AI.

Excellent ability to leverage GitHub Issues and community feedback to drive the testing roadmap.
