You’ll be the driving force behind continuous automation across Growth, Marketing, and Operations. Your mission is to build AI-powered services that eliminate manual work, improve conversion rates, and scale content delivery. This role suits someone who thrives in fast cycles—turning briefs into production-ready tools within days.
Key Responsibilities

Develop & Maintain Automation Services
Build Python-based microservices (FastAPI or Django) that connect with CRM, ESP, CMS, and analytics platforms to automate workflows like lead scoring, routing, and campaign execution. -
Design Smart Workflows
Create intelligent automation (tool-calling, RAG pipelines, tuned LLMs) for student lifecycle tasks such as school matching, essay guidance, or follow-up automation. -
Deploy Marketing & GTM Automations
Launch systems that generate content variations, perform A/B experiments, and promote winning versions automatically. -
Build & Manage Data Pipelines
Combine CRM, web, and email data into unified ETL pipelines; calculate segmentation, behavior, and value metrics, then expose them through APIs. -
Ensure Production Reliability
Implement retry logic, idempotency keys, structured logs, caching layers, monitoring dashboards, and alert systems for resilient operations. -
Maintain Operational Stability
Proactively fix recurring issues, automate BAU tasks, and document processes to sustain SLAs and team efficiency. -
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Product and Content teams to translate requests into measurable automations with clear success metrics.

Frontend Context: Laravel (legacy), React/Nuxt with Tailwind or Pinia

GTM Tools: Zoho Suite (CRM, Analytics, Sign), Slack/ChatOps, GA, Hotjar, REST integrations
Who You Are

2–5 years of hands-on Python experience with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Proven experience developing and deploying microservices using FastAPI/Flask with async programming and queues.

Skilled at integrating APIs (CRM, ESP, CMS, analytics) including pagination, authentication, and rate-limit handling.

Familiar with LLM-based tools, RAG workflows, and prompt engineering.

Strong SQL and practical NoSQL knowledge; understands event-based data modeling.

Comfortable with containerized CI/CD workflows and observability tools.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of shipping independently.

Strong communicator who can transform GTM briefs into APIs, dashboards, and KPIs.
Nice to Have

Experience with LangGraph or agent orchestration; vector database optimization.

Familiarity with TimescaleDB aggregations and cost management for LLM workloads.

Exposure to marketing tech or content automation (A/B testing, attribution, UTM tracking).

Knowledge of Zoho API ecosystem, Redis/Kafka event buses, or Laravel queues.
