Role Overview
We’re looking for someone to shape and drive our QA direction from the ground up. This role goes beyond testing—it’s about creating trust with our users by ensuring consistent value delivery. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, not just focusing on how to improve quality and processes, but also why quality matters and what should be prioritized at each stage.
You’ll be responsible for building the very first QA team within our Vietnam office, while also working hand-in-hand with our development group in Vietnam and the established QA organization in Japan. Together, you’ll design and implement the most effective QA framework for the business.
As quality and other non-functional requirements are top priorities across our engineering organization, this role carries significant influence and high expectations.

Experience as a central figure in raising product quality for a fast-scaling business.
