We’re looking for energetic interns to join our team and help us find awesome people. As Recruitment Interns, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates through various channels. You’ll also support the recruitment team in organizing interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and contributing to the overall recruitment process.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Engage with potential candidates through phone calls, emails, and messages to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support recruitment team in administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions and updating recruitment metrics.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- We’re seeking 3rd- or 4th-year students nearing the end of their studies, or recent graduates eager to kick-start their professional journey.
- You’re genuinely interested in recruitment and eager to dive into the industry.
- You excel in both written and spoken communication, allowing you to connect with candidates at various levels.
- You’re self-driven, proactive, and thrive in a startup setting where adaptability and autonomy are key.
