Core Responsibilities

Develop and operate ultra-efficient execution components supporting multiple order behaviors and automated workflows

Connect internal systems with various external trading venues while meeting extremely tight response-time constraints

Architect and fine-tune order lifecycles and routing logic with sub-millisecond accuracy

Evolve backend platforms to reliably process very high transaction throughput with near-zero interruption
-
Work side-by-side with quantitative and engineering teams to translate algorithmic ideas into production systems
Professional Background
-
3–5 years of experience building server-side systems with strong hands-on expertise in Golang and/or Rust
-
Background in performance-sensitive platforms or environments where speed and determinism are critical
-
Demonstrated ability to deliver highly reliable, latency-aware backend services
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable practical experience
Technical Expertise

Advanced proficiency in Golang and/or Rust

Experience working with PostgreSQL or other scalable, high-throughput data stores

Strong knowledge of low-latency communication patterns and network optimization
-
Familiarity with trade lifecycle platforms and execution workflows

Solid understanding of concurrency models and non-blocking system design
Domain & Systems Knowledge

In-depth understanding of real-time trading platform architectures

Experience integrating with external venues using industry-standard protocols or proprietary interfaces

Awareness of market mechanics and diverse order behaviors

Practical knowledge of end-to-end latency reduction techniques (network stack, OS, and application level)

Exposure to hardware-level acceleration or specialized compute environments

Experience with monitoring, observability, and reliability frameworks for mission-critical systems

Strong understanding of memory usage patterns and CPU-level performance tuning
