As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the linchpin between our business users and internal IT development teams. You will analyze complex requirements, devise innovative solutions, and ensure meticulous documentation and seamless implementation from concept to delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our capabilities and maintaining our leadership in financial technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business & IT Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between client business users and internal IT developers to meticulously gather and refine business requirements.
• Solution Design: Analyze complex business problems and devise best-in-class solutions that leverage both internal products and industry best practices.
• Documentation & Sign-off: Ensure Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) align with the Statement of Work (SOW). Draft Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) with a high level of technical detail and secure timely sign-offs for both BRDs and FSDs according to project plans.
• Traceability & Issue Management: Work with IT Leads to track Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across SOW, BRD, FSD, and Test Scripts. Timely escalate issues to Project Managers (PMs), Business Analysts (BAs), and Tech Leads.
• Quality Assurance & Training: Collaborate with Tester Leads to formulate test plans, test approaches, and detailed test cases. Work with Tech Writers to ensure User Manuals are correctly documented. Conduct comprehensive training with trainers to ensure the Operations Team is proficient in using the system.
• Post-Implementation & Pre-Sales Support: Provide "handholding" support to the BAU (Business As Usual) Team to ensure business knowledge is correctly handed over. Support Pre-Sales activities by assessing requirement gaps and working with Tech Leads for high-level estimates.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure full compliance with all relevant PMO processes (PM/BA/Tech leads).
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an assuming role of IT Business Analyst / Business Solution Architect within a Financial Institution or an FI Vendor.
• Track Record: Proven track record of implementing systems (in BA capacity) in medium to large-size projects.

• Regional Exposure: Experience working in a multi-country setting is highly valued.
