We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) to design and deliver advanced AI-driven applications. This individual will be responsible for developing intelligent agent systems, building end-to-end features, and ensuring smooth integration between front-end interfaces, backend services, and AI orchestration layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent agents leveraging frameworks similar to LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith, integrated with backend APIs.

• Manage workflow automation through tools like Flowise, n8n, or Temporal-based systems.

• Build and maintain user-facing interfaces (React or equivalent) and backend APIs to support data retrieval and reasoning processes.

• Work with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate) to enable retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Create monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for AI agents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Fine-tune and optimize prompts for clarity, reproducibility, and explainability.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Hands-on experience deploying AI agent systems in real-world environments.

• Familiarity with process orchestration frameworks (e.g., Temporal) or visual workflow builders (React Flow, Node-RED).

• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for iterative agent logic development.

• Understanding of embeddings, retrieval policies, and evaluation methodologies for LLMs.

• Background integrating AI systems into secure or compliance-focused environments (e.g., with logging, auditing, or traceability).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development.

• Exposure to AI/LLM technologies or interest in applying AI within engineering solutions.

• Strong capability to build quick prototypes that can scale into stable, production-ready systems.

• Proficient across modern backend and frontend stacks (Go / Python / Node.js / React).

• Understanding of distributed architectures and workflow orchestration systems.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
