Position Overview

You’ll help build sophisticated enterprise applications, tackling problems in AI, engineering simulation, and project management. If you enjoy turning complex business needs into clean, elegant code, you’ll fit right in.

We encourage engineers to develop full-stack skills. This role currently leans toward frontend work, though assignments shift with project demands. With a broad range of projects and frequent team rotations, you’ll always face fresh challenges instead of repeating the same tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science, Data Engineering, etc.) to convert product goals into technical solutions.

• Help design scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures.

• Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Take part in reviews, testing, debugging, and overall quality assurance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

• Identify risks or technical dependencies early and propose alternatives.

• Communicate trade-offs and recommend the right technology approaches.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in professional software development (senior level considered for strong experience).

• Frontend: React.js expertise is essential.

• Backend: Python/Django with MySQL or PostgreSQL.

  • Developers with other main languages are also encouraged to apply.

• Bonus experience: data engineering, AI/ML.

• UI/UX:

  • Build and implement components aligned with our design system.

  • Approach design challenges creatively and with an open mind.

• Ways of working:

  • Active participation in discussions and solution proposals.

  • Comfortable with agile development.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

  • Confident English communication skills (written and spoken).
