Role Overview

Our company delivers next-generation MarTech services, offering a modular platform that enables global enterprise clients to unlock new revenue opportunities and rapidly scale their operations.

We are expanding our R&D and product development teams. As a Product Designer, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Software Engineers, and Architects to shape the future of our marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you will turn complex technical requirements into intuitive, accessible, and high-converting user interfaces across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Flow Design: Architect clear, intuitive user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.

  • Component Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, reusable components and variants using Figma shared libraries.

  • Problem-Driven Design: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to iterate on designs based on user friction points and core business metrics.

  • Feasibility & Implementation: Work closely with product analysts and engineers to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and correctly implemented.

  • Brand Alignment: Produce engaging visual interfaces that adhere strictly to brand guidelines and core UX principles.

Product & Team Collaboration

  • Participate actively in requirement discovery sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning.

  • Proactively ask probing questions to clarify ambiguous business requirements.

  • Adapt design solutions based on technical trade-offs, engineering feedback, and platform constraints.

  • Maintain visual and interaction consistency across multi-brand product lines.

Qualifications

Must Have

  • Degree / Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Figma Mastery: Deep hands-on experience using Figma (auto layout, component libraries, variants, design tokens).

  • Pragmatic Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose UX flaws, ask incisive questions, and propose practical, high-impact solutions beyond surface aesthetics.

  • User-Centric Mindset: A track record of designing clear, accessible, and un-cluttered user experiences that prioritize usability over over-designed visual noise.

  • Autonomy & Time Management: Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize deliverables, and ship designs on time without requiring constant supervision.

  • Growth Mindset: High curiosity regarding user behavior, emerging design patterns, and continuous workflow improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or contributing to centralized Design Systems.

  • Basic understanding of HTML / CSS to facilitate seamless developer handoffs.

  • Interest in product analytics, conversion metrics, or A/B experimentation.

Note: Full-time, dedicated engagement only. Concurrent freelancing, advisory roles, or part-time consulting arrangements are strictly prohibited.
