Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Ownership: Lead the design and implementation of major software components, systems, and features, ensuring optimal scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

• Technical Strategy: Collaborate directly with the CTOO and cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap, identify strategic opportunities, and deliver solutions that solve both complex business and technical challenges.

• Mentorship & Standards: Serve as a senior mentor, guiding team members on best practices, advanced design techniques, and modern coding standards to elevate the entire engineering organization.

• Innovation & Delivery: Continuously drive user value by improving existing experiences, introducing impactful new features, and productionizing AI solutions, particularly those utilizing Large Language Models (LLM).

Must-Have Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in professional software development.

• Expert-level proficiency in full-stack development using TypeScript and the React/React Native ecosystem.

• Demonstrable experience building and integrating Generative AI solutions, with practical knowledge of LLM integration.

• Proven track record in mentoring engineers, leading comprehensive code reviews, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

• Bachelor‘s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
