Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and meticulous Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to our Singapore office. The position involves preparing price estimates, managing insurance-related documents, and handling a variety of administrative duties. Strong Excel capability, precision, and comfort working with insurer platforms are essential.
Main Duties

Create and submit motor insurance quotes through various insurer platforms.

Manage policy administration tasks such as new issuances, renewals, and amendments.

Carry out general administrative and data-handling activities, including:

Completing insurance documents and forms

Updating, consolidating, and maintaining Excel files

Issuing invoices and preparing policy summaries

Organising electronic records and monitoring documentation progress

Coordinate closely with the Singapore team to verify quotation details and meet submission timelines.

Ensure all client information and policy data are handled with accuracy and discretion.
Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in any field.

Strong command of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work confidently with web-based insurer systems or similar online tools.

Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.

High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow well-defined procedures.

Prior experience in administrative support, finance operations, or insurance-related work is beneficial.

Must be available to work according to Singapore business hours.

Working Arrangement

Full-time position, Monday through Friday.
