What You'll Drive

Define and Own the Growth Strategy: Architect and execute the end-to-end strategy for the entire user journey (Acquisition, Activation, Retention), ensuring alignment with product-market fit and business goals.

Establish Global Narrative: Develop and maintain the core positioning and messaging, translating the product's mission of open, local intelligence into a clear, consistent, and compelling global story.

Scale Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement a robust analytics framework (PostHog, Grafana, etc.) to rigorously track performance, model user funnels, and drive exponential, profitable growth.

Elevate Community as a Growth Channel: Transform our community (Discord, Reddit, X, meetups in HCMC, Singapore, etc.) from a support channel into a primary driver of adoption, feedback, and advocacy.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the "Voice of Growth," collaborating intensively with the founding team, Engineering, and Design to inform the product roadmap and translate user feedback into feature improvements.

Proven Growth Leader: Extensive experience defining and scaling growth functions, ideally in open-source, AI, or B2C tech environments.
