The Role
We’re not hiring someone who wants to go viral — we’re hiring someone who already has.
You’ll take the lead on short-form video strategy across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, working hand-in-hand with our Go-to-Market team to drive storytelling that scales.
You’ll learn directly from world-class mentors — including Duolingo’s former VP of Growth, top creators with 100M+ views, and operators who’ve built global creative systems.

What You’ll Do

Build and lead Arrowster’s short-form video engine end-to-end

Design, test, and refine video playbooks that drive engagement

Turn every hit — and every miss — into scalable creative frameworks

Collaborate with the GTM and Product teams to ensure unified storytelling across all channels

We’re based in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, and we work in person.
