About the Role

As we scale, we are building a lean, modern finance function from the ground up. We are looking for a Finance Operations & Systems Manager to architect the systems that allow our finance team to scale 10x without swelling headcount.

You will own our financial technology stack end-to-end—the ERP, automated workflows, multi-entity data models, and executive dashboards. Bridging the gap between Finance and Engineering, you will turn slow, manual processes into fast, reliable automated systems.

What You’ll Do

• ERP & Architecture Ownership: Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous enhancement of our cloud ERP and core financial tools.

• System Design & Administration: Design our chart of accounts, multi-entity structures, cost centers, approval matrices, and user permission controls.

• Integrations & Automation: Connect our ERP with banks, payment gateways, payroll, expense management, and internal platforms. Eliminate manual steps across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.

• Data Models & Reporting: Partner with Data and Engineering to design multi-currency consolidation models, pipeline data into our financial warehouse, and build self-serve executive dashboards (P&L, cash flow, unit economics).

• Control Integration: Collaborate with the Controller to embed internal controls directly into system workflows rather than tracking them manually.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 5+ years in finance operations, finance systems, FP&A, or transformation roles.

• System Mastery: Hands-on experience administering or implementing cloud ERPs (NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP Business One, Odoo, Xero).

• Accounting Core: Solid grasp of core GL accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, intercompany billing, and multi-currency consolidation.

• Tech Stack Savvy: Experience working with tech/SaaS business models; familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres) or dbt is a strong plus.

• Credentials: CPA/ACCA or official ERP certifications are a plus.

• Communication: Fluent written and spoken English.
