We‘re looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head of Vietnam to be a core business partner across all departments and drive business success with the support of the HRBP team. This role is crucial for managing site operations, implementing HR strategies, and promoting a strong company culture. You‘ll play a key role in supporting and its affiliated companies, including APAC and US offices when necessary.
What You‘ll Do

HR Business Partnership: Proactively engage with business leaders to understand their needs and provide total HR solutions. You‘ll manage attendance, performance, and productivity by designing mechanisms to enhance team contributions and morale.

Talent Management: Develop comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, engagement, and retention to ensure the right people are in the right positions. You will lead recruiting efforts, build a sustainable talent pool, and create a succession plan. This includes designing referral programs and building employer branding.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Design and enhance the current C&B structure to attract and retain top talent while aligning with business needs.

Talent Development: Drive talent development initiatives to ensure employees embody company values and possess the skills needed to grow as future leaders.

HR & Site Operations: Lead a team to provide daily HR support, training, and communication. You‘ll work with external government agencies and vendors to ensure compliance and prevent labor issues.

Other Assignments: Take on additional assignments as needed, including office administration, budget management, and cross-functional projects.
What You‘ll Bring

Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. You should have an in-depth understanding of Vietnam’s labor market and legal regulations.

Education: A Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: You must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
