We’re on the lookout for a Human Resources & Administration Lead to help us build the backbone of our new R&D hub in Vietnam. This person will play a crucial part in shaping our people strategy, setting up operational foundations, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly and in line with local regulations.
What You’ll Do

Take ownership of all HR operations — from attracting and onboarding talent to learning & development, performance programs, compensation strategy, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facility oversight, administrative services, and general workplace management.

Build strong connections with local authorities, universities, and other key partners to support long-term growth.

Support leadership with additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

Lead the setup and operationalization of the Vietnam site from the ground up.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of HR and administrative management experience in a multinational company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Resources: Established government and university resources in Vietnam.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Proficiency in Chinese and a good understanding of Chinese culture to facilitate effective communication with the China-based team.

- Industry Preference (Highly Desirable): A background in the semiconductor/integrated circuits (IC) or high-end manufacturing/electronics industries is strongly preferred.
