Our founding team and advisors include early leaders from OpenAI, Duolingo, and Meta.
So far, we’ve supported 300+ students, built a content ecosystem reaching over 15 million views monthly, and crossed $1M in booked revenue.
Now, we’re looking for someone who can build a recruiting engine as fast as our growth curve.
The Role
This isn’t an entry-level recruiting job — we’re looking for a closer who already knows how to deliver exceptional hires.
You’ll own end-to-end talent acquisition across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, working directly with the CEO.
You’ll also collaborate with global operators and mentors — including Duolingo’s former VP of Growth and founders who’ve scaled companies from zero to category leaders.
What You’ll Do

Design and run full recruiting pipelines that consistently deliver key hires in tough markets — no waiting for brand recognition.

Take candidates from cold outreach to offer accepted in days, not weeks.

Turn every hiring cycle into a system — document what works, refine messaging, and turn data into repeatable playbooks.

Build the backbone of our recruiting operations from scratch as we expand.
Who You Are

Exceptionally resourceful and fast — you figure things out before others finish planning.

You experiment constantly, run quick A/B tests, and learn from misses without slowing down.

You communicate directly but respectfully; you challenge when needed.

You can write persuasive messages in both Vietnamese and English.

You’re disciplined with data, CRM tracking, and follow-ups.

Work Environment
We’re based in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, working in person.
We work six days a week.
