What You'll Do

Investigate client issues thoroughly and respond quickly.

Work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions and keep clients informed.

Maintain strong documentation, clear handovers, and a high level of operational awareness.

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or workflows.
What You'll Bring

Basic technical literacy and a comfortable understanding of system behavior or platform logic, even without coding experience.

Familiarity with Google Sheets, API responses, or error logs to support investigations and root-cause analysis.

Work Schedule & Leave Policy

Work is organized in 2 fixed shifts: Morning (08:00 - 17:00) and Afternoon (13:00 - 22:00), Monday to Friday.

Shift assignments may change based on rotation and operational requirements.

You are entitled to 30 days of annual leave (inclusive of public holidays) and 14 days of medical leave per year.
