We are looking for an experienced QA leader to define and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that supports our business goals and development roadmap. This individual will play a critical role in shaping quality standards across the organization, leading a distributed team of QA engineers and analysts, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-performing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust QA strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and product roadmaps.

• Set and maintain quality benchmarks, processes, and best practices across all teams and projects.

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing QA team across multiple locations and initiatives.

• Drive the adoption and evolution of automated testing frameworks and performance testing tools.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Support to integrate QA into every phase of development.

• Define and monitor key metrics and KPIs to evaluate quality trends, identify areas for improvement, and assess release readiness.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, GDPR) as required.

• Cultivate a quality-first mindset within the organization, championing continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

• Deep understanding of software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC, STLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Postman, LoadRunner, Jenkins, Jira).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or transportation is a plus.

• ISTQB certification or similar professional QA credentials.

• Experience with cloud testing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Understanding of DevSecOps and integrating security into the QA process.

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in test automation or quality analytics is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
